Global Sky Primary Care Center is an independent practice built around personal attention, clinical judgment, and long-term relationships.
Dr. Cesar I. Sandate is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has cared for patients in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, and hospital settings throughout the El Paso community.
Visits allow time for careful listening and thoughtful conversation, so each plan can reflect your health history, goals, and needs.

Throughout my career, I saw how administrative burdens and corporate priorities could take time away from patients. Relationships became weaker and continuity of care suffered.
